Koonya maybe ok tuesday or wednesday as the swell drops back down and the winds turn northerly. I'm keen as fark. Even down for Hogs if its worth it.

So anyone who's planning on going out for a skim, send us a text before hand, i dont check this much at the moment and will probably be too late by the time i readya posts.

Jase mate, tomoro for sure, midday high, chris told me you're working in the morning till 9 or so, it should be on a hogs. i'm gunna cruise with him early in the morn. so yeah, will be there before you finish work so can tell you what it looks like before you head down. remember, its only good on the high and 2 hours either side, so you'll be perfectly timed for the session. it will be worth it mate, big call i know, but its a super fun skim wave with this type of swell.

Had a boat licence test today, thats why i couldn't skim today, but tomoro looks prime for some action.

Yesterday ended up being way too big and the wind turned onshore by the time it was high tide. Talking to a local bodyboarder down there and he was saying that heaps of sand has been washed away from the rocks so the sider doesn't have the full punch at the moment. Will try again when the swell eases.

hey Jase,
Hogs almost faces the exact same way as knights, from my experience surfing knights - after summer winds (predominantly SE) the sand gets washed away from the rocks and it tends to close out, in autumn/winter when ya get more westerly winds, generally, the sand comes back and it starts pumpin again. Maybe something to keep in mind??
