Looks great la. I'll get back to you on that one. As long as there's cheap flights im in for a good chance getting there. Would be keen to find some cheaper accomadation then the Baya Emas place too.

Also, will there be any other philipines or indonesian comps this year? They get bigger waves aye.

jason no worries about accommodation i got you covered. just bring your behind over in july. to get cheap flights you need to do your bookings early. as for philippine comps the posted events is what i know as far.

This year the theme for the comp will have a Beach Carnival like feel. Interested parties are invited to set up shops/canopy at the beach during event day. Sell products or services, exchange things, do a demo or introduce something new... we basically don't care. No obligations, no payment fee needed. Just come join us on the beach. Rules and regulations apply though.

malaysia has 13 states. which part of malaysia? i would recommend penang island in sept, and october sabah, east malaysia.

Hey Jet, I see the Penang comp's poster says it's in July yet the Skim Tour Poster says September. Are these two seperate comps or have you put the date forward from july to sep?

above mentioned are 2 different comps.

penang 4th international skim comp 2010 is fully organised by penang skimboarding association working in collaboration with our state government. this is the biggest skim event in malaysia and it will be held in july. not related to the other events.

red bull skim tour "penang leg" is sponsored by red bull and organised by penang skim association. this will be in september. total 5 venues and penang is the second leg. although open to all but you need to participate in at least 3 events to be crowned "king of skimboarding" in malaysia. this event has got nothing to do with the international comp above.

so you coming? we are doing night skimming too. rented 6 spotlights for the night. should be good fun. girls, beers, music and night skimming (july comp). booked your tickets with airasia now bro. dirt cheap.
